Omar Park Homes Ltd has announced that ten months after buying the intellectual property and assets of Omar Homes Ltd, that it has a new CEO and co owner Dean Westmoreland.

Paul Pleszko, Chairman commented, "This completes the first phase of our strategy. We are reestablished as market leader, have a very healthy order book and are well set for the future. The team at Omar Park Homes and I would sincerely like to thank Tony Roach, who provided significant cash funding to reestablish the business in May 2009; as our Managing Director he worked tirelessly relaunching the brand, resurrecting production and developing sales, all of which created 160 jobs and provided us with a sound platform from which we can drive forward".

Tony Roach commented," The intention was always to get the business back for Paul and his team and then pass on the baton to a partner for Paul who could add strength from a manufacturing and added value engineering perspective. I am delighted that we have achieved this and the new CEO and co-owner, Dean Westmoreland brings a breadth of manufacturing, product and business development experience across a range of industry sectors"
