Chief Executive
Dean joined Omar in January 2010 and became co-owner March 2010; he is an experienced hand’s on business leader with a track record of business improvement. His background is in manufacturing operations which have included high tech capital goods and luxury FMCG products. He has strong commercial skills having worked in a plc environment, for a quoted US group and in senior management roles for portfolio businesses of Permira the successful private equity house.
Paul Pleszko ACMA
Chairman
Paul is a very well known industry person and has been Chairman of Omar since 1993, he joined the business in 1977 in accounts and was first made a Director in 1985 subsequently taking over as Managing Director in 1987. Paul has been a Director of the NCC since 1991 he was Chairman from 2006 - 2008. Paul is co-owner of Omar and brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to the senior management team.

Roy Greenacre
Production Director
Roy was appointed as Production Director in May 2010 having proven himself as Operations Manager; he is responsible for Facilities, After Market Customer Service and Manufacturing Operations. He has 22 years of service with Omar starting the business on the shop floor; his first step into management was a supervisor's position with the Omar UPVC business.

John Hobday-Pepper
Technical Director
John has responsibility for all technical aspects of the business ensuring compliance with both British and European standards for the construction of park and leisure homes. His line responsibility includes technical projects, the CAD Office and Quality. He has worked tirelessly in the industry; he is a member of the NCC technical committee and has been a member of various British standard committees. He has worked in the Czech Republic, South Africa and Norway developing timber frame leisure accommodation and modular apartments.
Steve Jones
Finance Director & Company Secretary
Steve is an experianced finance director who has been with the business for over ten years. During his time with Omar he has built up significant industry product knowledge. Prior to joining Omar he was finance director of Chivers Hartley Limited and also held senior positions at Cadbury Typhoo and Duport Steel.
Peter Leary
Sales & Design Director
Peter has over 28 years experience in the park home, holiday home and soft furnishing industry, twelve of them in a senior executive capacity. Peter brings design flair and an attention to detail on the final finish of Omar's that has become the company's signature.
David Maguire
Supply Chain and IT Director
David is responsible for Logistics, Procurement and IT at Omar, trained as a Production Engineer in the automotive industry he holds a degree in industrial and business studies and completed post graduate studies at Cranfield University. He is a materials management specialist and has worked on assignments for Laura Ashley, Airbus & Alstom in the UK and Permira in the US on a turnaround project.
